Making gingerbread houses has been on my goal list for years. In the past, we have made the kit houses and even use graham crackers, one year. This year, I made gingerbread, from scratch (totally easy), and the children iced and decorated their houses. This is something we are going to do every year. We had a lot of fun and the gingerbread was delicious.
