We had the opportunity to review the Your Amazing Name – Personalized Adventures for EVERY name! artistically created by CrossTimber – Name Meaning Gifts.
Who are you? I mean, what does your name mean? Have you ever thought about it, your name? When you find that out, you may learn a bit more about yourself. CrossTimber – Name Meaning Gifts has the answer for you and “Everything about Name Meaning Gifts” from which to choose.
CrossTimber – Name Meaning Gifts is a family business name that was created more than 40 years ago by Jim and Jeanne Dehnart to define their professional photography business. Since its inception, the CrossTimber legacy has grown, under the direction of their son and his wife (John and Katie), to include several businesses to continue the legacy. One of their latest additions is the Your Amazing Name – Personalized Adventures for EVERY name!: An Animated, Personalized Adventure with YOUR CHILD’s artwork, NAME and more!
My daughter’s names fit her perfectly. She is who she is named. Online, my daughter is named Lily, but that is not her real name. We are not able to walk into a store and easily find something that has her named printed on it. That is what makes CrossTimber – Name Meaning Gifts such a cool company. You can choose from a variety of items that include coffee mugs, plaques, name plaques and music boxes and personalize them with your name and its meaning. Now, CrossTimber has added video.
Creating the personalized video was an easy process. All I had to provide the company was a piece of Lily’s artwork and a special message I wanted to include in the video. CrossTimber did all of the work of putting together the video. All I could do was smile at the result.
I am only able to show you some screenshots of the video, because I would like to keep my daughter’s name private. Just know that you will be extremely pleased with the animated feature, which is a little over 28 minutes long.
The video opens with her name and to the delight of the viewer, their name will appear several times throughout the video on luggage, a pillow, toy box, a rocket ship and more. The characters in the video also address the viewer by their name. A Bible verse is also included, which you may personalize especially for your child.
These are some of the characters that walk your child through their story. The story includes the revelation of the name and its meaning. CrossTimber has done a lot of research to discover the meaning of names.
Your child will enjoy watching a story that is not only about them, but features them. I only shared her artwork, but you may also include a picture of your child to appear in the video.
The message I wrote for Lily was my favorite part of the video. Since she is older (teen), she really loved what I wrote to her. Writing this message to her took more time only because I wanted to be sure I said everything (a minimum of 600 characters). At the end of the video, the message is read to your child.
The fun did not end with the video. CrossTimber also sent a personalized activity sheet that children would enjoy completing. There is something special about having your name preprinted on everything. The plan is to eventually offer a personalized workbook for children.
